For anything specific to an order, include the order number in your email so we can look it up quickly.
Account & sign in
I didn't receive my verification code.
Check that the email address is correct, then wait a few minutes before requesting a new code. Also check your spam or junk folder for email codes. If it still doesn't arrive, contact support and tell us which email address or phone number you're trying to use.
How do I update my phone number or email?
Update it from your account settings in the app. If you no longer have access to the old phone number or email address, contact support from the new one and we'll help verify your account.
How can I change my password?
Password changes can be done from your account settings in the app. Please note, your current password is required to verify against the new password. If you no longer know your current password, contact support from the new one and we'll help verify your account.
Orders & payments
Can I change or cancel an order?
Open the order in the app and check its status. Changes may be possible before the seller starts preparing it. If you need help, email support as soon as possible with your order number. Please note, if an order is placed for delivery, we cannot change the delivery address.
Where can I find my receipt?
Your receipt is available from the completed order in the app. If you need another copy, contact support with the email or phone number on the account and the order date.
Delivery & pickup
Where is my order?
Open your order in the app to see its current status and delivery updates. Delivery times are estimates and can shift with preparation time, traffic, weather, or seller availability.
Something is missing, damaged, or not right.
Contact support with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos when helpful. We'll review it with the seller and help resolve it.
